Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup
1 jar medium salsa
1 can diced tomatoes (I used the kind with a bit of hot pepper!)
1 packet of Onion Soup mix (dry)
1 bag frozen corn
1-2 lbs Chicen breast- cut up small cubed...
1 Box (32 Oz I think) Low- Sodium Chicken Broth
Salt and pepper the chicken...
Put everything into the crockpot..
Cook 6-8 hours on low...
